Join us every Friday morning for Femmi Friday - a women’s, free-to-attend run in Wellington. All levels are welcome. No need to register in advance, just show up, check in, and hit the pavement with us. After the run, stick around for coffee and chats with a community of like-minded women.

Esther
Esther is a physiotherapist with a special interest in the female athlete, particularly runners. She has completed her Masters on returning females to running following bone stress injuries. Esther has fallen in love with running over the past 10 years. Through running she has met so many amazing people and developed lifelong friendships. She is passionate about building and supporting a confident and educated women running community.
Nat
Nat is originally from Yorkshire in the UK and was born with a love of all things sport. Nat has been involved in running for over 10 years and has a real passion for community and for seeing others grow in confidence through the challenges that sport, and training can bring. Nat is a proud co-leader of Femmi RC Wellington, and her favourite day of the week is Friday!
